I certainly needed a pick me up today. Kinda felt down in the dumps today. So decided to do some shooting. Picked up my B 26-2, a variety of pellets headed to my 10m shooting gallery. Haven't shot this air rifle in a long time, almost forgot about the high comb it has. I didn't redo the stock to lower the comb, I just liked the way it looks. All I did was add a Gamo clamp on scope rail to the existing one. That solved the problem I had in sighting thru the scope. It added about a additional 3/8 inches in height to the scope. The scope is a Centerpoint 3-9x50 AO/IR Scope, mounted on a Acushot high one piece mount.
I never did a tune on this rifle, but she is one sweet shooter. No twang, cocks smoothly, crisp solid thunkkkk when you squeeze the smooth Rekord copy of the originaltrigger. The Chinese manufacturer really had a eye for detail when they copied the R9. Right out of the box, not a complaint, except for the high comb, she performed real well IMO. After about a hundred pellets thru this one amazing sweet shooter I took some pics,I know you guys like pics so enjoy.........Shoot Safe.... Shoot Straight, Be Happy and Enjoy.....Bill
