Eyeballing muzzlebrake through scope.

If I throw a muzzle brake on my shadow sport will I need to raise my scope to keep from seeing it through my scope.?

i would think not...

Unless it's a realy chubby muzzle brake and a realy low mounted scope.
Even then it wouldnt be actualy visable so much as a slight dark hazy bit near the bottom of the scope's field of view.

Think about it...can you see the barrel now? how about the front sight?

Slight dark haze at the bottom thats what got me thinking. It's a bull barrel so up I go .

I have a muzzle brake on my Nitro 17 and it has the 21 MM bull barrel, and if you look for it you can see a little shadow at the bottom of the scope.

The muzzle brake is 1 1/4 inches in diameter, quite large but it's Q.

If I see the haze of my barrel now is a muzz brake gonna put me in a larger haze.? Or throw one on and see what POPS up. Ed

I just have medium scope rings on mine with  Tasco 3X9X32 the ones that came on the tasco scope got moved to an old 880 and a powerline scope.
I just got a $7.99 set from  Gander Mountian for replacements on the Tasco scope and they work just fine.
