Tried accessing that site last night and again this morning only to find a notice about the site being "updated".  Guess that means I missed out and should've acted faster.  Oh well, next time I won't take so long to decide.

I think it was a boobooo. Thought that was a really cheap price. Or could be they looked and had no more left... Now there is another ad on that link.

A few months ago Cabelas ran the same sale for the refurbed CFX for the same price, so I'm hoping perhaps the opportunity will arise again.  If it does I won't procrastinate like I did this time, I'll just hit the "purchase" button real quick  :)

I was just looking at that a little while ago and was tempted.  I've always liked the  look of the 890. If I hadn't bought the CF-X the other day I would've hit the "buy" button on that sale, but right now I'm temporarily out of funds   :0
