THANKS ! For all the info.
« on: January 21, 2009, 03:00:36 PM »
From a newbie.
I have been lurking and learning about the discovery for some time now,I took the plunge and recieved my 22 disco today.
It is great,It is sooo easy to group with compared to my spring guns and it shoots hard 830fps with crossman hp and 890 with the light hobby pellets.
I would never have made the purchase without all the great info from you guys here on the forum.
110 pumps from empty to 2000psi
rear sight adjusted to point of aim at 30ft no problem (I have had much worse sights on air and cartridge guns)
trigger not bad out of the box (I have had much worse again)
THANK YOU ALL AGAIN , for all the great information.
Mark

Onelight welcome to the GTA forum and family....great bunch of guys and gals here....very knowledgeable as you've found out.  I personally don't own a Disco...but I've read alot of good things about her.  She can get one-holers out to 30 yards and powerful too.   Enjoy her...Shoot Often and Shoot Safe

Thanks for the welcome.
When you fill from a scuba tank, do you need a regulator to limit to 2000 psi ,or do you watch your gauge on the gun as you fill?
                                      Thanks again Mark.

You do not need a regulator . You can watch the gauge on your gun if the fill valve does not have a gauge as well . Just crack the valve and fill slowly .Marvin

Thanks marvin.
Do you use the crossman CO2 adapter on the yoke that that mounts to the scuba tank , or is the CO2 adapter only for use on the crossman tank?
