I guess I'll have to make myself a carbine
« on: January 27, 2009, 01:34:50 AM »
In order to shoot some in this category . It'll be a simple add on Crosman carbine stock to one of my 13XX pistols. I have one with a 16" barrel , so it won't any problem. I look forward to shooting with you guys . lirby

Sounds Great Kirby. As you've seen from my collection of AG's at Genes, I'm pretty much a pumper/springer enthusiast! You might try getting a Benji pumper too!!!!! tjk

for a couple of hour . LOL Too hard to pump for me . The owner's manual said to limit the number of pumps to a max of 8 . Heck I got wore out before I got to eight . hehe . The 13XX's are easier to pump IMO. Right now I have sprung left wrist , so it'll be a little while before I can do a lot of pumping anything. kirby

I know what you mean about the "max of 8 pumps",...I usually quit at four or five when plinking!!!!!They do make the pump assist model, but they sure are proud of it ($$$$$$)!!!! LOL's tjk

There is an easy fix to the hard pumping. Just a couple of tweaks to the valve and a Benji is almost as easy to pump as a Crosman 2100.

real men shoot pumpers.

PCP's and springers are for lazy farts....might as well shoot
powderburners.

Well, if you ask me, you won't be sorry you did. Got my steroid 392 last Friday...what a hoot to shoot ! Get the extended billet by all means...helps for these older shoulders. I have no trouble going the whole 14 pumps...clocking 780 avg with RWS Domes and HP's...705 avg with Crows...these nbrs seem to be going up too. I've just about completed all the strings of 10 shot groups at each power level from 3-14 for the pellets I've got on hand. It interesting to see what velocity level suits the pellet....like having a dozen different springers with one trigger LOL LOL. Gotta get some new glasses tho!
