Wanted to shoot targets today with my B-20 but....
« on: February 03, 2009, 07:15:10 AM »

The wind started blowing after my first attempt..:( Just wanted to show what my B-20 can do at 10 meters. Wind started up when I was shooting at the last bull and got worse so that ended my attempt to shoot targets all day..:( I was shooting JSB Exacts. Scope used was a Hawke Air Max 4-12X40AO. Sitting in my shop shooting out..:) Cold as you know what for me..:)

Nice shooting Gene . I know what you mean about the wind . I just cam in from sighting in my new scope I got to shoot field target with . I got my elevation dialed in but just when i squeezed one off at 30 yards , the wind would blow it just about an inch off to the right . I'll need to find me a somewhat calm day to set it up properly , but it's looking goood so far, scope is nice and clear , and the side wheel is nice . You wouldn't like it, it's kinda heavy . LOL , it's a Leapers 4X16X56 SWAT , lighted mildot with a 100mm side wheel. kirby

LOL David, and you know when I think of Leapers Scopes, I see Boat Anchor's.. hehe  I was really bummed out because I was ready to shoot groups with my new BSA Ultra.. Pellets were flying off the target..:) So I just took the stock off and cleaned it up and used some 30 wt. pure silicone oil in a couple places.  Today I did not have a gun to tune either and I do not get many days like that anymore..:) If nothing shows up today I will get another chance tomorrow...:)
