07 Tony tuned Talon .22
« on: March 02, 2009, 06:04:06 AM »
Sad day, I love this gun. Just too much for what I do. Want to sell to fund some hunting equipment so my oldest can go bird hunting with me this year. I paid 1000 for it and have put another 200 into it. Looking for 1100 shipped. Here goes the list. :0

.22 Talon, 18" barrel, 12" barrel, full tony tune, Tony shroud(for 18" barrel), hammer mod, oring mod, bi-pod, AF hand pump, ss end cap, talon end cap, scuba adapter(not shown), thumbhole bar, phillips pellet holder, 4 x 16 Center Point, AF high mount rings, wokbutt, home shroud for 12" barrel, and will throw in the .22 pellets if you like.

Everything is in great shape. The gun is very quiet, and way more accurate than me. The only real marks on it are on the end of the shroud where it leaned up against my safe. Had sock on the end too?  Will list it here for a couple of days. If no interest I will put it on the Talon forum. Thanks for looking.

Talon   490, Tony tune 195, Tony shroud 200, polished ported barrel 175, o-ring mod 50, hammer mod 75, bi-pod 70, end cap 15, hand pump 190, scuba clamp 65, rings 20, scope 70, pellet holder 10, pellets 40, thumbhole acc. bar 22, wokbutt 50.

Add them together that's $1,737, if you where to purchase this package new. You would also have to wait 3 months for Tony(he is a busy boy) and add shipping. I understand this is posted on the wrong site, and I probably should not sell it. It is very nice, and very accurate, but just too much gun for shooting starlings in front of my house.

That is almost 40% less than you can buy it for. Maybe it should be a heart instead of a kidney.

Dan, it is an awesome deal, especially for someone wanting to break in to the PCP world with all the research done.  Yours is a quality setup and would be sold if the economy (especially my job) in Michigan was a bit more secure. :(

Thanks Jeff. I should post it on the Talon forum. Maybe this weekend. Hope you are feeling better. The rest will put those critters at the duck farm at ease. When you get out they wont know what hit them. :p

Noone can blame you for feelin like that :)

Now give her a good hug, wipe her down gently with a silicone cloth and put her back in her stand in the gun safe   :)
