Yes, do this; however, I heard a guest on Glenn Beck’s show recommend that you just send the tag and string portion because there are those concerned that the bulky portion could contain a dangerous substance and not tea.  As a result, most if not all are just being trashed.

BTW the guest is the actor who plays Thomas Pain on the youtube videos.  Nice guy, for an actor.
