I'd love to say that I put a tin of pellets through anything in the last couple weeks, or that I made some cool impressive new project out of wood, but I haven't done a danged thing in a week or so. The last thing I did was cut a stock back before New Years with some help. I have sanded that a bit, and also tuned my S1K and shot it a few times, maybe 300-400 pellets total. I did something odd last week, I think when I was putting Christmas stuff in the attic and have a heck of a time getting my back and neck to work right. I actually missed 3 days of work last week because I couldn't even turn my head. I've had xrays, and the chiropractor adjusted me twice(which helped alot btw), but as of right now it's again late at night and I am up because I can't get comfortable in bed. Between that injury and avoiding my garage where I USED TO do all of my smoking, I haven't been doing much...today I actually took two naps in my LaZBoy, which is about the only place that I can get halfway comfortable. I go back to the chiropractor on Monday after work, we'll see what more she can do.
This is all a huge bummer because I have two practically brand new guns sitting there waiting for some time in the yard, and another almost complete except for the stock, which is a beautiful Walnut thumbhole for my 2260 and just needs final sanding and oiling. I also have a new pellet trap project I've been working on, which I wanted to take pictures of for anyone wanting to make their own...this one is so simple it's funny....if you have a drill and a saw you can make this trap for $20, probably less. Hopefully I'll get back out there pretty soon, it's really killing me to sit around all day.
