I just got my .22 cal 2500 Carbine back from PA. Had a minor problem with cycling the magazine. Quick turnaround and the problem appears to be fixed. I think you're going to love shooting the Sumatra. Lots of power and dead on accurate. I'll be taking mine out to the range to do some serious testing soon. Which model did you buy? I've noticed that PA no longer offers the .22 cal Carbine. I asked the techs at PA and John Burroughs why but nobody was sure why.

Very nice! Let me know if you ever decided to have it tuned and find someone to do it. I've got a Samyang 909S coming and I have someone to tune it (300fpe+) but I haven't been able to find a good tuner for the Sumatra.

I'll be testing that soon too. Should send the first 200 grain slug downrange at 850fps+ with a 3000psi fill. Will tells me he gets two 300fpe+ shots with a 25fps deviation so the second shot should be 825fps+. I'm going to be doing a full review on my website of my 909S before and after the mods. When I'll be doing this I don't know but it should be sometime before July. A lot depends on when PA gets the next shipment of 909S.

I'll keep it posted. Speaking of which, I just realized these are my first posts on this forum. Let's see if I can post a photo:

Okay, that's my Sumatra 2500 Carbine. It's set up for day and night hunting. Hopefully I'll have a photo of the 909S soon.

I've been lookin for Air Gunsmiths everywhere.  If for nothing else than to see what they offer and what variety of guns they can work on
for me.

You got any info you could share with me.
Big Bore tuning.
Possible Barrel Coversions (I'd REALLY like to know if this is possible - it must be.)

Later...
