any experince with a b3-2 chinese air rifle ?

while performing my daily craigslist browse, i came across a b3-2 chinese air rifle, that i can probably pick up for less than $30.00. not that i need it of course, but then again.....:)

Well Jim, If you go to the China Gate, you will find volumes of information on the B-3, and the many,many mods performed on them. There the Best Cheep airgun out there ! ......Bill

thanks bill..!! it still amazes me as to the comeraderie and helpfulness  of this forum. my past career choice left me with some bit of cyniscml , and to see the knowledge and skills freely shared here does my heart good..!!!!

A cheap little CHINA shooter with some tuning potential and as Bill mentioned plenty of info and help here on the forum. I'm fond of the B's myself and have several in my collection. :) Ed

ok guys,.followed up on the craigslist ad, its alocal purchase,still  new in the box..........$35.00...................should i grab it ? yay or nay ?

I'd grab it since it's new in the box, no one has tried to tune it etc. and you can start fresh with it if you like. :) Ed

I agree with Ed.... I have 3 of em, all home tuned, and they turned out to be great shooters and backyard hunters.   I'd say grab it.....

lol....well, ive been on the forums now for about two, naybe three weeks. because of YOU guys ( gotta blame someone !! )  we now have a crosman raven for the youngest, an MM tuned b26-2, a benji .177 and now a b3-2. how am i ever gonna explain all this to ta "boss"...?

by the way jeff,...any home tuning tips for the b3 would be greatly appreciated !!!
