Crosman Storm XT - crooked scope???

Today I was building a shooting bench and during the trial phase ( right height and table size) I happened to notice my scope seemed crooked. I thought it might be the mount so I rotated it but it was still cocked to the left. On further examination I noticed that the trigger group is not in alignment with the flats on the barrel. I tried adjusting the screws to straighten it but no luck. It seems during MFG something was not in alignment. Will crosman warranty this or should I try something else. I got this from Walmart before x-mas.

I would take it back to walmart. I just exchanged a Beeman RS2 for a Crosman Storm. They didn't give me any grief at all. Might be worth a try.
