folks, i've been a member now for just a few short weeks; during that time i've received great advice, insight as well as support in the choice of my newest family hobby.

I wanted to take a moment to share publicly the professionalism, customer service and communications skills of two of our vendors; Mike Melick of Flying Dragon Airguns, and the crew at Airguns of Arizona.
From Mike, i ordered a b26-2 which arrived yesterday, perfectly packed, chrono results attached and ready to add a scope. Mike shipped this even after I screwed up his address and had to resend payment !!
From Airguns of Arizona, i ordered and received a Crosman Raven for my youngest  sons birthday, the order was processed immediately and was shipped in time for Ryan's upcoming  friday evening birthday bbq.

Both of these members/vendors display the kind of customer service skills that will keep me coming back for more !! Thanks to you both and I genuinely look forward to a continuing business relationship.!!

You just wont find a better place to be than the GTA!!! :D  Lots or GREAT Folks here always willing to help each other any time!! Congrats on the new shooters :) . I have yet to do any buisness with Mike or AOA. I have heard good things about AOA. I CANT tell you how much good I have heard about Mike Melick regarding his character,, his fine products & service!!!! :D  :D  :D  I swear not a day goes by that I dont read somewhere about that darn B-26 of his!! 8) I sure hope someone brings one to my up coming SC Fun Shoot!! 8) Anyway,, I will be looking forward to your posts,,, lets have some pics. of you & Ryan with them new shooters Jim,, we LOVE pics!!!!!! :p   Tim.

Jim, glad to have you aboard!  I have met some of the finest people I have ever known in these halls and I am glad you're enjoying what we do here.  Welcome to the GTA family, bud!

I couldn't agree more and I'll definitely be ordering more pellets from AoA.
I also need to touch base with MM about the Chinese ones.

You're in very good company Jim,..GTA's a great place to be. Although I've never had any business deallings with AOA,...I can tell you that Mike Melick is a Stand Up Guy for sure, and you'd be hard pressed to find as decent and honest a fellow as Mike. tjk
