I have been shooting for a couple days with the Whisper and I am really enjoying myself. The first day I only shot it 3 times because it was 10pm and I shoot from the mudroom into the garage. I live in a town home and I didn't want to risk upsetting the neighbors on day one. I shot about 30 shots to get the scope sited and things went pretty well considering it was my first time siting a scope. My wife was in the room and couldn't hear me shooting until I asked for her to listen. She also said she could hardly hear much of anything when she stood outside the garage. I did stuff the butt of the gun and that seems to help. After siting the gun and putting a lot of holes in my first two targets I decided to see what I could do with a five shot group on a fresh target. I was pretty satisfied with the group. The first four shots made a 1/4 of an inch hole and the last one was a bit off and stretched the group to a 1/2 inch. I had my bullet box on a bar stool and I had a towel draped over a dining room chair to shoot from. I just took a knee, shouldered the gun, and rested it on the towel. It worked pretty well. I will probably shoot at home a few more times and then go to the basspro rifle tube to site the gun at around 25-30 yards. I still don't have my GRT III trigger or new scope so I am hoping the two mods will help my shooting. Overall I am happy with how things are going so far.
