GRTIII Trigger Help
« on: May 21, 2009, 11:34:37 AM »
So I am working on the GRT III trigger and after I took the stock a little plastic washer and a similar but thicker plastic piece fell out and I am not 100% sure where it goes.  I think it is a little roller for the cocking action.  Do both parts go back on the little metal arm.

Thanks,
Dennis

The little washer goes on first.

Alrighty then!!!!,...problem solved. While you're at it,...you can either put a dab of moly on the pin before replaceing the washer and roller,..of you can put a very small drop of silicone compresion lube on it,...either way will aid in smothing out the cocking cycle some. I never use the stuff "in the cylinder" port,..but I find it's a good lube for main cocking pivots. I do avoid using it on the barrel locking detent though,...too close to the seal and port!!!!!! Glad you found where those parts went!!!!!tjk

Ok, thanks guys.  I think the little washer goes under the trigger mount because when I put the washer and the rolller on the pin it went over the end of the pin and didn't fit just right.  Should be good.  We'll see how she shoots, got a new center point scope for the gun too.  I'll have to lube the roller another time.
