Ordered a Fire 201-S...got a Fire 202-S
Difference: None that I can see at first glance.....appears to be the same as the 201-S. Any changes must be internal.
Note: advertising shows velocity with 77.1 gr pellet as; LOW=826 fps, HIGH=829 fps.
my opinion: This must be a print error,high=929 fps would be more like it; HOWEVER, I did not have a chrono to check so
can't say for sure. My first shots from the gun would tend to indicate a difference between LOW and HIGH setting
Surely if there is only 3 feet-per-sec difference they would have changed the gun to only 1 power setting ??
(have a chrono on order)
my review: I think its a damn nice gun, will certainly do what I wanted it for - PESTS (gophers, skunks, porcupine, fox, coyotes).
Its well balance, fits me nicely at 220 lbs, 5'10", seems to be accurate even for a 60 year old like me.
