Well,, I finally got around to mounting a scope on my Buddy Phil,s 350 today,,,,,, WOW!!! This thing is a tack driver!!
I took a lil Leapers 4X scope off my Ricon & was sighted in in a matter of minutes. This is only the second 350 of MANY I have owned or shot that I can acually hit with!! (Harrys being the other one)
I shot it from the bench for over an hour at varying distances, got the normal vertical groups,, but,, also important,, windage remained constant at all yardages. Thus I introduced NO side bending of the brl.!! I was killin water bottle tops @ 30 yrds. every shot!!
I will get her broke down & shipped to Ya asap Phil Buddy. Oh yeah,, no droop mount or scope shims needed!!
