Howie, how could you part with this baby? The pictures posted of the Mike Melick tuned B26-2 with your custom stock recarve made the rifle look beautiful. My heart skipped a beat when I opened the box because it looks even better in person!
You were right the action is buttery smooth and the trigger is light like I like them! It shoots wonderfully and I will never ever give this gun up!
I just had a very unpleasant experience with another seller who sold me a moderator that came in a completely perfect shipping tube but had a damaged bore. How this could be I don't know. Then the second package comes and what was supposed to be 5 full tins of pellets ends up being 2 full, 1 half full, one with 27 and one completely empty. Then he goes off on me accusing me of damaging the moderator because I had buyer's remorse and running a scam on him. Now why would I damage something if I changed my mind? Wouldn't I just sell it? And who would think someone would be running a buying scam to cheat a fellow airgunner out of $70? Like I'm the Bernie Madoff of airguns or something. He then extorts me saying I'm a liar and he won't say anything about me on the boards if I dont' say anything about him. I was so disillusioned with the classifieds...
That is I was disillusioned until I came upon one Howie from Florida. You've renewed my faith (well, I never really lost faith-just with this guy) in the fellow airgunners out there. I guess there's one ahole in the bunch everytime. Anyway, my experience couldn't have been any more pleasant and made me more happy! Thanks for the wonderful addition to my addiction.
