Yah I have one. Don't have a B3-1 to compare it to so I can't tell all the differences, but as far as I can tell they are as follows:

1) cocking bar is longer and attaches to a plastic housing on the front of the barrel with a metal catch.  Haven't been able to get it apart yet as it appears to be glued onto the end of the barrel.

2) rear sight appears to be built differently from the B3-1 and is held on with two bolts which are easily removed.

3) the stock seems to be slightly better quality from the ones I have seen on other B3-1s but I don't know for sure.

4) The spring and piston seal seem to be the ones which the QF-2 parts kit are designed to replace so I imagine the power is slightly higher than that of the stock B3-1. Also mine came standard with the synthetic seal rather than the leather seal.

Otherwise everything else seems to be identical to the B3-1. Came with lots of mystery oil everywhere, trigger is identical and other internals seemed to be identical to the ones I have seen posted.

I would say if you like leather seals stick to the B3-1 but if you want a synthetic without doing any mods this is the one for you.

let me know if there is anything else you care to know about it

I believe they do come in 22 (south summit B3-3 .22 cal)
Don't have a chrony so no idea what muzzle velocity is.  I assume it is comparable to the B3s, possibly closer to a tuned one but I am just speculating.
If anyone knows anyone near merced CA with a chrony I would love to test it out...
