New Riser breech for your QB's
« on: June 19, 2009, 12:50:36 AM »

The steel riser breech solves tank clearance problems on the QB79 and will give clearance for shrouds on the QB78.

They accept the stock barrel and bolt. http://qbmags.com

This one is on a QB79.

Thanks Bill,

No bands needed. It was designed to float the barrel and is double set screwed. It is also a solid chunk of steel as compared to the stock breech.

Before I made the breeches I was using floated barrels  on my tuned QB's ( double set screwed) with the standard breeches without problems as well, but on these you have a lot more thread.

Jay that breech looks realy good, but looks like you over looked someting for those of us with the RIM mags.
The new breech has no  place to mount the mag, any plans to make one that  will?
