You can get them new at a few internet sites.  I recently bought one from DNR Sports online for around $50 bucks.  Things shoots great, very accurate and fun to shoot.  I justrecently put a 3x9x32  Golden antler scope on it and it's deadly accurate.

Phase3 is what you can get at your local Academy Sports for $49...and on occasion from Sports Authority for $39.

Bummer, I guess you need a permit then regardless of whether it comes from a sporting goods store or an individual?

Sounds like a PITA to me, but I guess it's best to be legal than go to jail or get a fine?
