WTB QB79 stock without action
« on: July 04, 2009, 02:18:14 PM »
I thought I'd try again.  I'm in need of a good QB79 stock, prefereably the target stock.  I just competed my tuned 79 and need to get it into a Stock.  I've had one on backorder with Compasseco for about 2 months now and don't have any hope they will actually deliver one.

Thanks for any help.

andy....ever give any thought to using a qb78 thumbhole stock ?
archers has blems on hand for $35.....thought i might pick one up for the project we were discussing.  it'll need some modifications to the forearm to allow for the gasblock/paintball tank..........but it would be unique !!

Rob Roberts was generous enought to send his old one to me for the cost of shipping.  What a guy!  I'll have to pay it forward...

Yeah, Compasseco keeps telling me the boat is due in soon.  It was late April when I ordered.  Then it was May, then June, then July.  At this point they think in August.  By the time the darn thing comes in it will be winter here in Michigan and I won't be able to shoot the darn thing!

Rob to the rescue!
