You guys should remember about 3 weeks back I ordered a Hawke scope , mounted it on my TX200HC and had the crosshairs turn on me with less than 50 shots . I called Pyramyd air and even gave kudos to them for sending me a shipping label to send it back, Last week, I called them about my refund , it had been 2 weeks , and I was told I had been approved and would be receiving my refund on 07/06/09. I actually chuckled at the girl and said really ; why so long if I've been approved ? "That's just how long it takes , she said. Oh Well, I'm still waiting for my refund . Today I got an email from them saying ," because of a system failure , my refund would be delayed a few more days " WHAT !!!!! It's already been 3 weeks and now it's going to be a few more days . Come on PA , get it together . I have spent $1000's of dollars buying airgun stuff from them and they are going to treat me this way . BTW , I called to complain and it seems the only person that can tell me anything about my refund , went home 5 minutes before I received the email . How convenient . This was the second call I made , the first time I sat on hold for 15 minutes only to be transferred to a voicemail of the person who left at 4:30 . Then the voicemail cut off on me before I was finished . It's going to be awhile before I spend anymore money with them . I guess it was bound to happen , kirby

They sent me the wrong caliber-even though their invoice recites the correct caliber.  I told them I would keep it and to send me another rifle in the correct caliber-now you think this would be worth SOMETHING.  To them, it was-they said they would make sure they sent me the right caliber this time-WOW!  So you're gonna try to get it right this time.  I was less than impressed.

Kirby, by law these companies have 30 days before surendering a refund, that's what I was told by my Visa Customer service Rep and they use every last day of the 30 days. I had the same problem with a Radio Control Helicopter company when returning a navigation part for a Helicopter! lots a different companies pull this 30 day stunt ! its wrong but they take advantage of it... :emoticon:

That's what Visa told me too and then if I file a grievance , they could take another 30 days . Luckily , once I phoned Visa after I pitched a fit with PA , I got notice 3 days later that my refund had been issued , 2 days later it showed . kirby

I always find it funny that the local lawn mower place can pull up everything i have purchased since 1990 and say how nice it is to have a good customer. Yet pyramid sales treats you as a one shot customer:( same with gamousa just plain rude but thats another story!! The marketing departments on the other hand will be sending fliers for the next 100years lol:) I wish these joints could get there act together.Tony.
