WTT==RC Plane=ready to fly for a
« on: July 14, 2009, 04:11:19 AM »
Beeman Dual Caliber RS2 or RS3 with the rounded trigger housing and adj. trigger.
Would also entertain the idea of other breakbarrels such as Ruger , Crosman, Gamo.
I bought plane new last year and it has about a dozen flights on it.
Have everything you need to get flying in one box.
Also have the original box and paperwork.
If you've been looking to get into RC Fligtht, this would make a good start.
If interested, email me at : faxdude@hotmail.com.
Thanks Ray

Hey Tim:

Do you give flying lessons with the RC Plane?  I have sometimes thought about it, but I am so old that the last model planes I ever flew went around in circles and had plastic handles with 2 strings (control lines) with only elevator control.  I can still smell the Testor's glue and hear the crack of snapping balsa wood.  Never was very talented at flying those things.  Hours and hours of work, then one or two flights, then "crack".  Do they still make Cox 049 engines? :)

Yup! They still have lil Cox 49's for sale at my local hobby rag. Nice little motors for converting Guillows balsa models hehe.

I fly all 'lectrics now. I usually fly in the local parks and in my city anything with an internal combustion engine is strictly verboten. Most of mine have a span of 42 inches or less. My newest one is a Parkzone 3 channel Micro Cessna. Tiny little guy! Only 15 inch span.  But it's a floater, especially with a trimmed down Citabria wing. I can walk along side it at it's slowest speed. GREAT for beginners!
