Why do the numbers for the Marauder drop so much at 50 yards?  Doesn't seem to be too much better than my RWS 48 at 50 yards as far as fpe is concerned.  I just received my Marauder and it is accurate and quiet; has anyone adjusted theirs so it shoots, say Kodiaks, faster?  This should help with down range energy.  I don't know much about pcp's (or springers for that matter, lol), so any answers will be appreciated.

I had my Marauder dialed in for Kodiaks for awhile and it was shooting them in the low 800 FPS range with the factory settings.  It also shot the kodiaks into almost 1 hole groups  :)  I've since re-sighted the scope for CPH's but the kodiaks worked well in my rig.  I may switch back over to the kodiaks when small game season arrives....  a kodiak  traveling in the 800's will do a real number on a squirrel or rabbit for sure......

What was your fill pressure?  My pressure in my scuba tank must be low, because I am only able to fill my Marauder to the 2k or 2.1k range.  It shot the first Kodiaks after the fill at about 785 fps, but this went down to about 750-740 range when the pressure dropped to 1k.  I just played around with it yesterday, nothing serious, but at 25 yards I can hit exactly my point of aim.  My son hit a coke can at 56 yards, but it is half inch to 3/4 inch low at that range though. (Regular targets don't interest him, lol).  I will be trying to site it in for 40 or 45 yards, which should allow me take shots a little farther out when needed.  The reason I ask about the Marauder numbers is that my Logun should be shooting Kodiaks at about the same speed, but down range the Logun is superior and I am kind of wondering why.  Thanks.
