Need Camera Mount

I am looking for a good camera mount that has some type of adjustment on it.
The one mount that I did, I had to work like the devil to center it on target.
I had the rifle in a locked down position and would look at the cross hairs
and then at the picture. I would zoom in until you could just about see the fleas jumping on the
fur bearing varmints at the exact spot the cross hairs were. It was to hard to keep it there.
If I could find something  that will adjust and then lock in place it would be great.

If anyone knows of a solution or a small adjustable mount to go on the scope it would be great.
Any ideas.
