8-4-09 is being celebrated as the Joker's birthday in Washington D.C.   Since a simple birth certificate has never been provided how do we know when or where the Joker was born?
What else is being hidden about the Prez?

As far as celebrating,  I say big whoop.  Who cares except his toady  fawning  followers?
