Hey Stanley,

I appreciate it that you will not tease me if I go PCP, or to the "DARK SIDE !!!"

Now I live in a very repressive area concerning "SHOOTING:, so unless I build an underground range, or MOVE !!!!, a PCP will not be in my future. They sure look like "FUN", and you don't even have to cock the barrel !!!

If I live long enough, and move out of the United Socialist Republic of New Jersey, I sure will be looking into a PCP air rifle.. Buy then, who knows what will be out there for us air gunners ! ;-)

I guess New Jerky and Montreal both fall into the "restricted zones" for firing any projectile.....even in our backyards.  For me now....I`m going to a gun range for those long distance matches....but it`s a 30 mile drive one-way.....yikes.....at least when I go....I try to round up 1 or 2 of my airgun buddies so we can split the gas bill.  For the 10 meter matches....I do them there also.....but if I`m time restricted....I still do them in my backyard.

Wow Stanley and Bill , I did not relized or think about restricted zones, I guess firing a projectle includes air and rubber like a sling shot?  Makes me appreciate where I live:0. Tony.

Yep....that means no blowguns, slingshots, soft air, bows, airguns, paintball guns etc......even in our backyards.

On a side note.......some B@st@rd shot out 10 car windows with a pellet gunin a little town not far from where I live a few days ago. No wonder gun and airgun laws are so restrictive.......

Geez Stanley,
I hate to here that side note, it is certainly is no wonder!! I never have been able to understand why its the pellet guns fault and not the idiot pulling the trigger?
side note :  If you use a rock to break a window is it the rocks fault? Or if you use a window to break a rock is it the windows fault?.... It all seems clear and yet so silly to me sometimes.  sort of  like the saying (don't bother me with the facts I've got my mind made up)!! ....
