Is the Whisper safety suppposed to be automatic?  Mine does not reset when cocked.  

Does the installation of the GRT-III trigger affect this?  I have the GRT-III trigger.

Just wondering if something is wrong.    Thanks

Nope, the safety is not automatic.....all my Gamos and my Crosmans are not automatic.  The only airguns I have that is automatic is the RWS Diana 24 rifle, Diana P5 pistol and Hammerli Titan.

GAMO WHISPER RIFLES  DO NOT HAVE AUTOMATIC TRIGGER SAFETY.
