Hey guys, I just got my Leapers 3-9x40 AO scope the other day. I removed my same size NC Star scope. I like the scope pretty well, but I gotta say Eye relief is almost non existant. I have tryed adjusting the focus and all that. My Nc Star scope had at least 5" of relief. I know what your gonna say: why didnt ya read the eye relief specs before ya chose? I mean ya have got to be like almost touching the thing to see thru it. I love the adjustable objective and lock down turrets but I am likely to stick ole faithful back on(NC Star) When ya shoot standing up it puts me in a odd position, and I have the mounts and scope mounted as far back as possible to still engage the mount stops. I dont want to get on here and complain I just want to hear some other owner opinions on this scope. I was gonna go with a centerpoint 3-9x40 AO , my dad has one on a .22 and it is awesome. They are very close in price and looks to the Leapers scope. I might just need to get used to it? Also I had a bit of problem zeroing it, seems that the scope moves windage some when trying to adjust elevation and vise-versa. Signs of a cheap scope. I just think even with all the technology that products are never gonna be as good as the old days. Does anyone have any tips that may help me use this scope more efficient?AKJC1977
