T-Shirt update

OK Gang…. Here is the latest …

Both Gene and I have gotten a lot of e-mails and PM’s as well as the responses on the forum regarding the T-Shirts and Hats. And everybody want’s to be first…lol…  Sorry…Gene and I were first.

However….many of you are asking if it were possible to have not just T-Shirts and hats but maybe Pocket T-Shirts (Timmy says the smokers just got to have them), Polo Shirts, and small kid’s shirts also for the youth shooters. I had some reservations about asking Doug about this, at least initially but….oh well.

Well I spent a good part of the day trying to work something out with our provider and come out real well it seems. I explained to them that our forum was a family oriented/based forum and that we had people of all ages involved and that the overall participation was important and wanted to address everyone’s choice, that there could hopefully be something for everybody including alternative choices.

After some long discussions and working out the logistics and the fact that they are done on a per customer basis (custom orders) they agreed and will put together a good selection of product and colors so that there will be something for anybody and everybody.

 They will include:

Basic T-Shirts, Pocket T-Shirts (yes Timmy, I remembered) Polo Shirts as well as small shirts for the little ones. There will be a number of colors to choose from. The will be a couple of different styles of baseball caps in various colors available also.

I know that Jeff  (LongIslandHunter) and Paul (Phil_B) are going to be representing us, the GTA at Paul’s fun shoot and if I can get their information in time, I’d like to get the shirts and hats to them for the event. It’s pushing it but Doug (our provider) says he thinks it can be done.

I have discussed all of this with Gene and brought him up to date and both he and I are very excited about it. Hopefully we will have the site page ready and the link set up Friday for ordering. I'm open to more suggestions but I'm wearing them a little thin I think...lol..

Thats GREAT news Buddy!!:D Thanks so much for all your hard work getting this thing set up so all of us in the GTA Family can PROUDLY wear our new shirts & hats!!8) Just think,,, when us die hard air gun junkies are wearing our shirts & hats at the local sporting goods stores ect,,,, all the conversations that it will start and all the newbies we can bring in to this great sport/hobby,,, not to mention adding to the GTA Family!!:) I felt really bad asking about pockets "Mr Bob",,,, I really should stop smoking,, but,,,, I would still like a pocket for my reading glasses & pellets!!:p LOL!! i want two shirts one of each to represent gene and cdt and two hats color really doesnt matter.the colors r just fine the light blue that gene has with that tunafish on his back looks nice and the lettering on genes shirt came out nice also the hats will have to be an assortment cause its not one size plus the velcro doesnt last so sizing would be better but more expensive but it works for me.

I was hoping that the page would be set up for this weekend but it was just to quick and couldn't get it up in time. :0  Hopefully it will be up Tuesday or Wednesday. Thanks for your patience everyone.
