Hi...Is it possable to get 600+fps with a 16gr pellet
from a 2250 with out bulk feed or HPA conversion..
As I feel 13fpe is the min needed for hunting...
The amount of Co2 used is not a issue...

Pete,, My "Cross the Pond Huntin Buddy". By just replacing the valve with a Boss valve from Bryan & Associates you can expect 600 fps with 14.3 pells for just under 11.5 ft. lbs. You being a machinest,, I bet if you made a custom transfer port or bored out the stock one you may be able to get close to the 13 ft. lbs. you want!!I can tell Ya though,,, the way you shoot,,,, them Bunnys would not stand a chance either way!!Please keep us updated as to your progress. Tim. Forgot,,, a power adjuster/ and or a stronger hammer spring should get Ya where Ya want to be!! Also forgot,,,, you may want to move up to an 18" barrel for a tad bit more power as well.

to do what I want...Yes I think a boss valve is
a must.... then its  port size / barrel length ???

If it can't whack bunnys from 20m its
not much use to me..

Kiwi, this does around 700'ishfps in .22..I had been interested in this monster for a while.

I have been Wacking bunnies with my 2240 pistol with a 10" barrel and the valve mod and the extended pin for about 5 months now. I usually get them in the early morning on my way out, or late in the evening on the way home. This is definately a one shot one kill with 15 GR pellets. You defintely hear a solid wack when the pellet hits.

I have made up my mind and my next pay check is going to be dedicated to the custom one from the link above, I'm pretty sure Roy had said it did 715fps in the .22 caliber. I'm thinking in splurging and getting the shroud put on her for a bit of stealthiness
