Not sure about the price's Rasid. But the Marauder has taking off pretty well and I am sure the Disco sales will be falling. Let's hope..:) Like Jeff said both guns are great shooters and you cannot go wrong with the Disco if prices fall.

Best of luck

Hi Terry,

Go for the Disco ! The trigger is not as good as on the MM tuned B-26 and not as good as the GRT_III from CDT, but it is WAY better than the ones on Gamo rifles.

Really it is not bad at all unless you have been spoiled by triggers like the ones mentioned above. Simply polishing and lubing the trigger assembly improves it greatly. A weaker return spring also makes it feel lighter. Go to the library and look at "2260 Trigger Mod" for directions. I did add the 2 screws, but just to remove most of the pretravel and overtravel. I personally am not comfortable with adjusting them to the point of reducing sear engagement.

Just my $.02

RWS Diana 34    .22
Crossman 2260   .22  Leapers  6x32 Compact
Gamo Hunter 220 .177 Leapers  3-9x32 AO
Daisy Red Rider

Fortunately or unfortunately in this case, I have both the MM B26-2 and a G1 with CDT's miracle trigger. I'm sure that they have spoiled  me concerning other triggers. But I appreciate your advice and if I can save up enough pennies I believe the Disco is the way I will go. Thanks!  Terry

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the disco trigger basically the same as the 1377/2250 trigger? If so, it's a sh*t trigger assembly. I'm a crosman fan but their trigger designs leave a LOT to be desired. The QB78 trigger is so easy to adjust and tune it's not even funny. The adjustments are simple and straightforward. The parts are extremely easy to stone/polish, if needed.  Not like Crosman/Benjamin/Sheridan triggers where you have to buy or make custom parts to get a good trigger pull.

My plan, if I get one, is to install  an AR2078 thumbhole stock/barrel/barrel bands on it. Or maybe QB78 Deluxe stock/barrel/barrel bands. Either one would make a big improvement in the looks. An AR2078 trigger assy would be a functional improvement, though not strictly necessary.
Then there's always the repeater magazine assy, and or a riser breech and shroud.

8) Well let me correct you. The Disco trigger is VERY easy to modify into a very nice trigger.

I disassembled mine, smoothed all the bearing surfaces with a dremel tool and a cloth polishing wheel with jewelers rouge. I then moly lubed all bearing surfaces and pins and replaced the trigger return spring with a lighter one.

Then I reassembled every thing and it took me maybe 10 minutes total.

I now have a trigger pull of one pound with almost no creep or over travel.

It took me far longer to adjust the QB 78 trigger than this. And it is no better than the Disco now.

And the disco is a fine shooting piece which simply out classes the QB 78.

Also the disco seals have not failed as the QB 78's are prone to do.

However I know nothing about the 78 PCP as it is not available yet.

But, I don't have to do all that to my QBs. Just lube and adjust  and they're good to go. I stone them because I'm a bit anal.
Sounds like you're challenging me to buy a Disco and tune it. Next thing I know, y'all will be trying to convince me to get a Marauder(like that would be difficult to do).
