Bought a new 'Air Gun' yesterday.
« on: September 17, 2009, 01:02:51 AM »
I was made an offer yesterday that I could not refuse.  I purchased a NIB Remington 870 shotgun for less than $200. and have a rebate to send to Remington for $30.  I thought that was a decent deal.
Plan to take the 870 out this weekend, rain or shine,  to 'ventilate'  several hundred clays for practice.  Not all shot by me.  Hopefully, Sunday maybe either shot doves or walk through the woods for squirrels.    And this deer season, I would like to ventilate at least one deer for the freezer with the 870.   A nice fat doe would be real nice.

Went out today and bought 1000 rounds for the family to shoot up this weekend.  Most of the shells are for my  Wife , sons and thier wives to shoot .  Should be fun.
Most likely have at least 10  (ten ) 12 guage shotguns to shoot.  Also bought a shopping cart  load of clays.

Aww, man. The 870 is a total POS, turd, caca, junk. Better send it to me right away so I can hang it next to my 20 ga 870.  :')
That was definitely a good deal. I bought my 870 Express 20 ga for $175.00 NIB about 15 yrs ago and it was a good price then.
Some doves, squirrels, rabbits, and a nice fat doe would be some good eats, indeed.
