Sunday Plinkin' Fun
« on: September 20, 2009, 01:26:33 PM »
Had some spare time late this afternoon and decided to head out to the yard for some fun. Question was, which gun to grab? I decided to break out the ol' Crosman 102. Grabbed a mini can of Dr. Thunder and a tin of .22 Gamo wadcutters on my way out.
Shook up the can of Dr. Thunder, then stepped back about 12 yards. Pumped the 102 8 times and chambered a round. Ka-poweeeee! The can exploded and sprayed generic Dr. Pepper everywhere!!!
Once emptied of its contents the can bounced around with a gratifying rattle with the next few shots.
Then it was on to the teaspoon spinners. Did pretty good until it started getting dark.
Then grabbed a lawn chair and plopped down in it to relax. Nice early evening in NC. Cool with a gentle breeze. Nailed the spoons a few more times as the sun went down and finally went back into the house.

Here's a picture of the 102 for those of you who may not know what one is...

Very clever target you got . I assume you made this yourself? Good way to spend your day. Air guns are a lot of fun.
