Been thinking about rebuilding my BC but it is shooting so darn well that I am going to wait. Follows the good sence saying of " if it ain't broke don't fix it". Got the springs , seals etc for the job.
When I first bought the AG, the groups were all over the paper. And every brand of pellet shot vastly different as to impact. 2 to 3 inches this way and that was the norm.
However, now groups of less than .50 inch at 45 ft are normal. Now Gamo hunters actually give the best groups of about 3/8ths inch at 45 ft. Crosman HPs turn in the widest pushing 1/2 inch. And I am not measuring CTC but rather edge to edge. Very pleased at this time with the accuracy of this BC. Using a BSA 4 power scope which is maybe slightly better than the gamo scope that came with the BC.
Either the gun has got better or I have got better. Or a combination of both.
