Czech pellets
« on: October 09, 2009, 02:44:17 PM »
Just recieved an order today for some mounts and ammo. After browsing through PA pellet selection,...I came across a newer line I'd never seen before,......"Falcon" / "Accuracy Plus"pellets. So I said WTH and ordered a tin of .22's. They are very similar to the JSB exact Express yet lighter with a slightly longer neck between the head and the skirts. They weigh in at 13.43 grains VS the JSB Ex'x at 14.3 grains. I tried them in both my Diana 34 and my Xisico B-28A.Initial results and first impressions ,...not too shabby,....point of impact was very consistant with my spinning spoons at 18 yards!!!! Chroney marks,....very respectable for the weight,...price wise,...a steal in my opinion. Wish I'd got a tin in .177 to try out!!! Anyone still looking for that elusive "golden pellet" aught to give them a try. Thumbs up in my opinion!!!!! tjk

Been doing some research in the library on these AA Falcon pellets and here's what I've been able to find. I'm almost possitive they are re-labled JSB's. But which JSB pellets are they. They don't exactly compare with the ones I've got. So I click on the pellet ID chart and scroll down it when I find the closest match. Turns out they are the same pellet as the JSB Exact RS's. From the dome, to the short neck, down to the skirt. I've become quite fond of these pel's, and price wise,...they're about $2.50 cheaper than the JSB labled RS's!!!! So if anyone wants to try out a lighter weight .22 pellet,....without going too light that is,...again I'd give them a "shot"?!?!?! LOL's Happy Shooting, Thomas
PS They shoot very well in my Diana 34. Just check out some of my results in the hunting gate. Not to brag, but the proof is in the pix!tjk
