best at distant up to 70yds ,powerful ,being a .22 and that will hit at least low 800,s high 700,sand accuratecy is a must .and yes im taking about springers .i was thinking about the b26-2 low comb .22or a 2.b25.22 3.b40.22 i really want a excellent springer besides my 350m.22 and b26.177 and shark.25cal so any input would be apperciated and one more springer wont be much and for the price and tuned rifle im getting who cares as long is a good one im satisfied im picking according to the results i get here cause i dont have much experince with chinese rifles only the qb78d 2x of them and a b26.177 that i own now and honestly they all have been great rifles accuracy and powerful but im looking for at least a low or mid 800 .22 hi 700,s and low 800,s with a 16grain pellet will be good enough even though my best results have been kodiaks for any cal.input please,thank u

hmmm I don't really think a B26 would be good that far in .22. And the B25 might be iffy too for that matter. Given your velocity constraints a TF89 or a B28 would have the power, I dunno about shooting that far, I've never bothered that far with a springer. At least not yet :D. I don't know hardly anything about the B40, someone else will have to weigh in there.

I used to have a TF89, she's bcshooter's now, she chronied at 783.1-786.9 fps for him over a 10 shot group with CPHP's (14.3 gr) after he did a home tune on her. Assuming the exact same muzzle energy that'd give about 742 fps with a 16 gr pellet, not shabby, and I think most of the tuned TF89's are doing a bit more than that, some people are getting over 20 fpe with them.

I have a B28 (got it from bcshooter incidentally) and she just chronied at 832 +/- 11 fps with 16 gr Predators. Yowza!

So the B28's got more power, though for general purposes I'd choose a TF89 over a B28, just generally a more pleasant gun to shoot, and not exactly lacking in power... I went with the B28 this time around because she was already broken in, the price was good, and she's going to be a hunter, not a pleasure shooter, period.

Also since you already have a 350 (which the B28 is a clone of) I guess that's another reason to get the '89, just for something different lol.

What're you going to use the gun for?

Yea, though I walk through the garden in the shadows of pests,
I will fear no squirrel: For thou art with me;
thy scope and thy trigger, they comfort me.

If you don't mind the weight the B-21 is a bear of a rifle check with either Mike M or best air gun howie PS it's a RWS 48 clone, also I cut the barrel down to 12 inches it's still very accurate and now weights in at 9 lbs.

i agree with onemountain as well as howie regarding the b26. mines an MM b26, tuned .22 in low comb, and while it may carry out to 70 yards, i dont think it would retain enough energy for a clean kill.
40 yard shots are easy and effective, 25 yards shots are just plain deadly. i think that in light of your needed "range'........i'd be inclined to lean toward one of the magnum class springers..........
