Hi,
I have one, and I think it is pretty cool also as I am a 63-yr old kid. LOL. It shoots 7.5 gr pellets at about 450 fps. It makes a decently accurate little target rifle at 10-15 yards. It is about the right size for a kid or small person although the stock is adjustable. I have a bugbuster scope on mine, and because of the short eye relief I had to use a BKL cantilever mount. But, young eyes might like the iron sights. A cheap red dot would probably work well also. A black red dot would help keep the tactical look. Because of the relatively short scope rail you might have to put the rings on one end of the scope. In fact, for a small scope, one ring is all that you might need. Keep in mind the safety issues with springers if the trigger is pulled while the lever is cocked open. It would be a nice little gun to teach gun safety to a youngster. Your youngster probably wouldn't have a problem after you instructed him on the do's and don'ts, but his little buddies wouldn't have the benefit of your instruction. The gun''s performance in terms of smoothness could probably benefit from some tuning. Do a Google search, and I think you will find some tuning information on it. Not much can be done in the way of power increase because of the relatively small chamber.
