Any one tried these yet, $10,000 Crosman Pellets
« on: October 15, 2009, 06:13:45 PM »
Aloha Everyone,  I just ran across this listing at Amazon.com,  Copperhead .22cal Wadcutter Pellets (175) for $10,000 each + $5.73 shipping.  Are they really that good?

Here's the link - http://www.amazon.com/Copperhead-22cal-Wadcutter-Pellets-175/dp/B001CEPXAA/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1255661590&sr=1-7

They must be heat seaking, maybe military x-weapons ammo or something, just my guess, whats yours?

Mark

no need to guess why they're priced at $57.14 per pellet, it said so right in the post:

 Precision swaged 100% soft virgin lead for maximum accuracy

lemme tell ya, it's pretty hard to find chaste lead these days..

Yea, though I walk through the garden in the shadows of pests,
I will fear no squirrel: For thou art with me;
thy scope and thy trigger, they comfort me.

These are collector's pellets. Crosman doesn't make "Copperhead" pellets any more.
Better stock up while you still can!

Stanley, almost correct.  These pellets are made from spent Uranium and can pierce armored tanks.  Yes Uranium and not confused with Uranus which is where you'd be taking it if you paid $10,000 for 175!  That's not even a full tin!  LOL
