Took my QB 78 .22 off the rack yesterday...:)
« on: March 13, 2007, 11:19:57 PM »
It was a warm day yesterday, around 80 degrees....:) A great day to do some shooting with Co2.. My QB is strickly stock with a 88gram bottle of Co2 hangin off the front. Always like this QB because of the simplicity. Accuracy is great and it is very lite compared to most of my springers. This week is really the first week since last fall that I have shot targets with it.. I cleaned the dust off of it and begain shooting Superdomes. They seem to work fine in this QB.. As some of you know I bought and sold 3 of my QB bulk fills last year. A .177, ,22, ,25 caliber and all three were custom Mountain Air rifles. They shot hard and with his shrouds were very quiet. So as simplicity goes I ended up with a stock QB, which CDT has cleaned up for me a bit. He did the same tune on it as he shows on his tech note in the library and his web site.

Anyway, I just thought I would start off the season in the QB Gate with the nice shooting weather and months of fun ahead for us QB boys... hehe

Wait, now I really like that one Gene. That's one tough looking gun with it's shiny belly tank. Ed
