I made my power adjuster from my original degassing tool. I ordered it from D&L airguns in vancouver (Canada) but you can get it from Crosman, Airguns of Arizona, ect,. I simply cut off the smooth shaft portion of the tool, being very careful not to touch the threads. I had to use a grinder as the shaft is tempered steel. For the spring portion you simply need to find a suitable material that will fit into the spring and act as a backing plate for the adjuster shaft to but up against. I first used a screw that I cut off at about 1/4". It should be smooth as to not hinder the spring travel which will effect travel velocity. The screw also acts as a spring guide as well. I chose to use the degassing tool because I thought that it looked better, it looks like a factory piece. But if you don't want to order the degasser, you can get an allen head screw that will fit and will work fine. You can get one of those at any hardware store.
