Snowed out shootin range!
« on: March 16, 2007, 07:58:35 AM »
Well the noreaster is upon my neck of the woods just in time for the weekend  :0 . We already have around 4 inches of snow with up to 17 more possible when all is said and done. Quess I'll be digging out my targets tomorrow. The bottom target in the center of the pic is just about buried and the big target might be buried by tomorrow. Jeeeesh....always on a weekend :0 .

Yeah, but look at it this way,,,,,, all that white background makes it easier to see the furry little woodland creatures,,, as well as the feathered ones too          :)

Nah Greg, no snow here,,, ALL ICE.  Looks like snow but it's solid ice crystals, about 3 inches thick so far and still fallin.  You can't drive, walk, or anything in this stuff, it's terrible.  Even the squirrels are stayin inside today.

That's even worse than alot of snow. Not a bushytail to be seen here at all, even with all the birdseed around. Hang in there bud,..a couple more weeks and we are home free...I hope.

Ed...you are a trooper. I think NY is bad? Doood...you are a true hunter. As a young man I hunted the 4-5 foot+ snowy mountains of the NY Adironacs. I can't anymore. But your post's remind me of my younger days. Keep on huntin, and keep them pic's coming!! Love em!

Will do Greg and as I've said before, they'll probably find me laying on the frozen tundra with my air rifle in one hand and a prize game in the other. On my face, a big smile. :)  Ed
