close call at Dicks

Thought I would share this one with you. it will haunt me for rest of the day:) Well I just got my rebate Winchester AA $16 bucks.. so figured I would go to Dicks see if I might find something I need , Ya'll Know the routine kill some time look around:)  I told myself before entering NO guns! Well when I got to the gun counter It was over flowing with guns on sale guy said they just got a shipment and have even more out the back needed space urgently!  I could not turn around its like some weird magnet? ...a browning citori $900 off, marlins $90 off  and 336 $150 off, target model 10/22s and Bennelli s ahhhh and more!! Finally made it to the Air rifle rack and there it was G1's $99 and  a discovery $320 bucks with the full kit, I have never owed a Disco but seen alot of talk on GTA and could not recall if it was worth having one? I was in the middle of the  justify process ..sell the pump because i already have one hmm  hehe:)  and then out of the blue reality hit , Someone behind me said you cannot possible need more AG's! Fortunately it was not family!  it was my neighbor and good buddy he was actually joking  but I knew he was right:(  I walked away with nothing ...that is what I call a close call at Dicks, whew:) Oh and I still have my Winchester $16 rebate to spend!  Tony.

Bad move. It's more fun to hide recent purchases from un-like minded individuals and sneak around to shoot it.
