Thinking of letting go of my .22 B30
« on: November 04, 2009, 02:19:04 PM »
Just gauging interest in a B30 side cocker. I got this one from Preez a while back. It's been lube tuned and is doing mid 700's with Crosman Premiers. She cocks and shoots smooth. Nice crisp trigger. It's had maybe 300 rounds down the pipe since I've had it.

I'm planning on stripping, reshaping & refinishing the stock this weekend and machining a new muzzle brake.  She won't have any sights on her. Strictly a scope gun.

I know it's GTA policy to add a price, but I don't know how much to ask.

OK, I'll get a before and after pic of it up as soon as I get it done.

Accuracy wise, I'm able to cover a 5 shot group with a nickel at 25 yards.

Just to give an idea of what I plan on doing to the stock... I'm going to stipple the grip area, reshape and thin down the forend a bit , stipple the grip area there and work a schable tip into it. No stain, just a few coats of Tru Oil.
