How to shooting guides.
« on: June 27, 2006, 02:51:10 AM »
I'm looking for good information on shooting technique.  I would like to improve my accuracy, especially in offhand shooting and pistol shooring.

A while ago I downloaded an US army combat handgun manual that was excelent. I am wondering if people know of any good resources either on the web or in book or video form, especailly things that actually helped them shoot better.

I consider myself mostly a beginner.  I shot airguns and some .22 as a kid but laid off for years.  Any help appreciated.

Thankls

Adam,

Google the internet, you’ll be surprised how much info you could find about techniques. But one thing for sure; do not squeeze and hold the gun to tightly like in case of firearms. Just lay it on your hand, an air gun must freely slide and take recall as much as it needs.

I gave googled it but it's amazing how bad many of these are.  It's all stuff I know.  The US army manual is great though.
