The UTG base mount that i have used on the rws 34/48/52/54  ( utg dn460 if I recall) has a 17.5degree droop to it and so ...I would check to see  if the B-30 copy also has a droop condition? Other may know for sure:) Tony

3 different versions:

DNTOWL  no droop compensation, also fits Gamo Whisper

DN460  17.1" droop compensation at 30 yds

DN034  20.7" droop compensation at 30 yds

all three have the built in shoulder that hangs over the front of the Diana scope rails to stop shift

Tony's right: it's probably worth looking into whether the B30 actually has droop. It seems like a good number of the Chinese clones don't have the droop of the models they copy.

If I remember correctly, my B30-1 .22 has a barrel OD of 18mm. I currently have the BAM 3-9x40 scope and one piece mount that I bought with the rifle, as a package deal from BAM.
I'm thinking about installing a Leapers 3-9x50 and Uniflame Industries one piece mount on it, because I like the one on my R9 so much.
That said, I haven't had any problems with the factory scope or mount on my B30. I just think the extra scope and mount that I have will be more useful on the B30 than on my B40.

You might want to check the ring spacing of a one piece before you buy it because of the limited amount of tube spacing on a bug buster. Also the bug busters have a very small amount of eye relief. Dont get me wrong they are great little scopes its just some of the problems Ive run into trying to mount them. On your B-30 I had a leapers 3x9x40 with a one peice mount.  I also had a full size 4x32 leapers with 2 peice accushot rings for a time. Good shooting.

thanks jeff i will stick to puttin the bugbuster on a ben franklin 342.22 very small frame but its a 1969 and i have to keep it its very accurate with iron sights ,i like the b30.22 u traded me its very accurate and i love it for now i have a tasco 3-9x42 on it with a bi directional mount and it works just great no adjusting at all and at 40 yds im hitting whatever im aiming this is my second chinese airrifle and im bought and the qb78d.22 tuned by mm had two but sold one and kept the other and recoved recently with the relieable 1969 b.f.
