sumatra vs. marauder.....

which one would you choose and why?  basically the same price but the sumatra is more powerful but the marauder is more quiet.......hmmmmm....decisions...decisions...i think it would be fun to have a 55fpe airgun in .22 cal. anyone own a sumatra 2500 ?

The Sumatra .22 has over twice the fpe than the Maurauder Roger. If you are looking for 65 fpe with a 28gn pellet go with the Sumatra...:) I once had one and boy are they potent.

I thought that.....65fpe would be great..So I got a AR6..
BUT what can 65 fpe kill that 30fpe can't.....
really any animal that is small enough for a air gun to kill..
30fpe will do it.....jumping to 55/65/80 fpe in .22 dosn't
mean yer can start shooting dear/pigs etc..yer still just ant got
enough power....But what you have got with the higher
power PCP is usaly a lower shot count for no useable gain...

I sold the AR...kept the Career Infinity @ 45fpe

Ah, but the higher powered gun does give you a range advantage.
