One of the toughest days of the year for an air gunner !

Traveling from one Mall to another, from one Store to another, your wife trying to find those special gifts at a rock solid bottom prices !!!!

And never an air gun in sight ! You know you have all the time in the world to play your silly sport when WE get ALL the shopping done for the Holidays !

Well, look on the bright side, the Holidays come but ounce a year, so you'll only have to face "BLACK FRIDAY" ounce a year also ! If you happen to find a store that sells air guns in it while your wife is shopping, your one lucky guy ! I think ?

I feel sorry for the clerks that have to work in that Bedlam.    I operated many retail stores at one time ( never Again ) and you get to the point that you hate the holidays and special occasions.  Makes no difference which ones, Christmas, Easter, Back to School , Valentines etc. any and all are pains in the A-s.

I know what your saying fellows, I blew off going out on "BLACK FRIDAY" with my new wife the first few years of marriage, and found that life as it is,,, gets worse !

They want you there to see your reactions to these great prices and sale items !!!!!

So I discovered that waisting my time at the stores for one day of the year, was much better than facing the consequences of staying home !

Today, being a GOOD husband, I went with my wife to Macy's at 3:00A.M. this morning, and she found two pair of beautiful shoes, along with a few other items that she was looking for, and just had to have ! It wasn't too much a problem for me as I do not go to bed until 3:00A.M. anyway. So I suffered the indignation of standing around holding my wife's purse for a few hours. But that's a small price to pay for peace and tranquility

So I took her out for breakfast after this "Expedition" and went to bed right after my return home :-)

I even received a kiss for being such a GREAT husband !!!!! See what your missing !

If I play my cards right, I may be able to play thishand into a HW-50S !!!!

I actually went to an airgun store today, http://www.airgunsoftexas.com , but didn't even think about it being Black Friday.  Didn't buy anything though, just went for the conversation and to look at all of the cool stuff I want:)  It's nice now that there is a showroom here locally where I can go look at and handle real airguns, and visiting with Steve Corcoran is always a pleasure.  I got home around 2p.m. and that is when the wife says,"Wanna help me decorate the house?".  Well I am not one who enjoys ladders and hanging lights on the house, so I drove off to a few stores anyways to pick up some lawn decorations.  I did Home Depot, Super Walmart and finally Target before I found what I was looking for, and I'm here to say, those places were zoos!
