The super max 1000 is the same rifle as the Bam 21 sold by best airgun just an older model If I correct it is one of the first of the B21 rifles. If it has a cover over the barrel it is one of the early ones the later mdls. do not have a barrel cover . howie go under Super Max sm 1000 air rifle and you should be able to find a pile of info.

Hit the scene maybe ten years ago for about $125. The early ones were imported by Brolin. There are threads about these having issues with the scope rails separating. Was looking at one or two lately. Here's a link I found:

I have a B-21, bought from Best airguns..... they are crude internally when compared to the german or brittish or spanish guns but externally they are OK. The 21 that I own required quite a bit of tinkering with the trigger to get it to a decent pull weight, but once lubed up and shot, it is a very servicable gun..... It is a bruiser, they nicknamed these guns "the beast" and for good reason, they have a bit of recoil and will eat cheap scopes, so if you plan on scoping one, and I highly recommend you do, make sure to use a quality unit on it...... like I said, mine is quite servicable and shoots accurately....If you like to tinker, this is a good platform to do so with........
